For most of my life, I have been drawn by a simple question:
What allows a human being to become fully themselves?
That question has shaped everything I have done.
It led me through twenty years as a medical doctor, into psychotherapy, trauma-informed practice, contemplative traditions, and many years of personal exploration. Along the way, I discovered that psychological healing and spiritual awakening are not separate journeys. They are different expressions of the same movement towards wholeness.
The work I offer today grew out of that exploration.
It is grounded in both professional training and lived experience, but above all it has been shaped by listening—listening to my own journey and to the journeys of hundreds of people I have had the privilege to accompany.
Whether through the book Descending into Light, individual sessions, workshops, or longer programmes, my intention is always the same:
To create the conditions in which people can gently reconnect with themselves and discover that they already carry far more wisdom, resilience, and aliveness than they may realise.
I do not believe that people need to become someone else.
I believe they need the safety, compassion, and understanding to become more fully who they already are.
