Some places in life cannot easily be navigated alone.
An old wound reopens. A pattern returns however hard we try to change it. A role, a relationship or an identity that once held us no longer fits. Or something arrives, whether grief, awakening, or an experience we have no words for, that unsettles everything we thought we understood.
I have come to believe that healing and awakening do not ask us to rise above our humanity, but to turn towards it, gently, and at a pace the body and psyche can bear.
Whatever brings you here, I offer a space in which we can explore what is unfolding with curiosity, compassion and respect for your own experience.
You do not need to arrive with the right words or a clear goal.
We begin where you are.
For emotional wounds, trauma, difficult relationships and the patterns that keep returning.
We take time to understand what these patterns have been protecting, so that what has been held apart can come back into relationship.
This may involve exploring the different parts of ourselves, the ways our bodies have learned to respond to life, and the beliefs and protective strategies that once helped us survive but may now limit how freely we can live and relate. The intention is not to get rid of anything within us, but to develop a kinder relationship with ourselves, allowing greater choice, connection and ease.
For times of change, when old identities are loosening, something new is asking to be lived, and you would value a thoughtful companion while its shape becomes clear.
Sometimes we know that something in our lives needs to change, but we cannot yet see what comes next. At other times, change arrives without our choosing, asking us to reconsider who we are and how we want to live.
Mentoring offers room to stay with these questions, to listen to what is emerging beneath the familiar stories of who we have been, and to allow a different way of living to take shape without forcing it into being.
For questions of consciousness, awakening and meaning, and for experiences that have opened something you are still learning to live with.
Spiritual experiences can be beautiful and expansive, but they can also be confusing, unsettling or difficult to integrate. Here they can be explored openly, without imposing a particular interpretation or belief system. Together we can consider what they mean for you, and how spiritual insight might become part of an increasingly embodied, grounded and relational way of living.
These different ways of working often overlap. We can explore together which approach best meets your needs, allowing the focus of our work to emerge and evolve as we go.
Above all, I hope that working with me offers a place where you can finally breathe out.
A place where all of you is welcome. Not only the parts of yourself you understand or feel comfortable with, but also those you may have learned to hide, silence or push away.
Healing often begins when we can meet ourselves with compassion rather than judgement. My intention is to offer a relationship grounded in care, curiosity and respect, where nothing needs to be forced and where we can explore, at your pace, whatever is asking for attention.
My work is informed by a long career in medicine and healthcare, including my years as a GP, alongside many years of exploring psychological healing, human development and the relationship between body, mind and consciousness.
Over time, my understanding has been shaped as much by the people I have worked with as by my professional training and my own experiences of healing and transformation.
No framework matters more than the person sitting in front of me.
Individual sessions are held online, last 60–70 minutes and cost £95.
If you feel drawn to work together, you are welcome to get in touch by email.
We can begin with a short conversation, without obligation, to explore what you are looking for and whether working together feels right.
Please note that I do not offer crisis or emergency support. If you need urgent help, please contact your GP or local emergency or crisis service.
Alongside my years in general practice, I hold a Diploma in Hypno-Psychotherapy and have trained in Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic and embodiment approaches, relational facilitation, Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT), Conscious Uncoupling, Calling in The One and shamanic practice.
Each has contributed to my understanding, although my work today is not defined by any single approach.
